Great service, comfortable and relaxing atmosphere

Tim Ritter was so patient with my husband. He had many questions and went through a long process of research and debate before he agreed to purchase the Equinox. Tim is a credit to this family owned business.

Long Time Buyer

In November of 1965 I bought my first car,a 1963 Corvair from Bill Cram then left the area for almost thirty years. My next trip there was in 92 when I bought a 93 S-10 . Ten years later I traded it for an 03 S-10 which I drove until 2012 when that was traded for an 09 Silverado. Over all these years, service and sales have been of the highest quality. If I ever need another vehicle, this will be my first stop.

Great help with Kristy Conkey!

As soon as you walk-in you feel welcomed. My experience with Kristy was great. Super helpful and very understanding. Definitely recommend this dealer and sales representatve.

Bill Cram Chevrolet

Over the past 40 or so years I have purchased numerous vehicles from Bill Cram Chevrolet . In the last year and a half I bought a new Silverado HD (2012) and a new Impala (2014). Working with Tim Ritter at the dealership has been a real pleasure. He has gone the extra mile to help me with these purchases without pressure. He has continued to be very helpful with the Impala, especially with all the technical aspects of the vehicle. The people that work at the dealership are like family to me. Whenever there is a service problem with a vehicle they are always there to help. I recommend them highly.

Buying our new car

We founf our salesman, Tim Ritter, most helpful in all aspects of the process. He made everything very comfortable and was easy to work with. He made the experience so easy, we bought another car for our granddaughter a few weeks later. We would recommend him highly to anyone interested in buying a new car.

Fantastic Job!

I went to Bill Cram to buy my first car EVER at the age 26. Yes 26 years old. I've always herd how great and nice the people who work there are. I had the pleasure of working with Joe D'Amico, he's new to Bill Cram and he did a fantastic job. He covered everything that needed to be and he was helpful with any questions that came my way. Buying my first car ended up being a great experience, everyone was friendly, I would definitely go back to them for anything. Amazing Job! I love my 2014 Chevy Cruze LT!
