I recently this week purchased a 2022 Chevy Trax. I worked with Zak. He was friendly, professional and most of all very patient. My prior 2016 vehicle that I also had purchased from Bill cram Chevrolet in 2018, had 196,563 miles on it and was time for an upgrade. I was looking for a VW Tiguan, and stopped at Bill Cram within a couple days of a Tiguan (SEL R-line Black) being listed. Matt was friendly, helpful, easy going, transparent from start to finish, and low pressure. He's a super low pressure salesman. My car was marked below market value (from my own research I knew this), and they found me a good deal on financing as well. Unprompted, when my registration came through a couple weeks later, they included a refund on the cost. Not a ton of money, but a voluntary gesture. Matt told me they stay in business based on word of mouth and repeated customers. I believe it, and I'd certainly talk to Matt again when I need a car in the future. Thank you! I love it.

We moved to Cape Cod in 6/2023 and bring our car back to Cram for service. They are trustworthy and have had great service from the Cram team for over 15 years, sales and service. Truly miss being closer but coordinate our trips back here knowing that they are honest and trustworthy.

Real easy to deal with. No pushiness, relatively relaxed. Was able to look at and take vehicle for a drive on my own. I recommend them.

They sold me a broken truck for retail book value with a smile. I thought that I had bought a decent used vehicle at first but it seems as though it was simply flipped to me straight from an auction with no regard to safety whatsoever. The parking brake as well as both rear caliper brackets/brake hardware, calipers, were all seized completely but that didn't stop them from throwing an inspection sticker on it, even though it pulled to the right hard under heavy braking failing to properly disengage calipers in the process due to damaged caliper brackets in the front, which was addressed with the salesman prior to delivery by the way. After thousands more spent now on brake issues a vibration was diagnosed as transmission related which was the case from the beginning. It is no question now why they swapped my front wheel for the spare and claimed I had bent wheels after replacing all 4 calipers for over $900. No shame whatsoever here Cram has proven the state of our local economy in NY and society in general making a fortune from plausible deniability. I bought 4 wheels and tires for $1800, the transmission will cost over 6K to replace as the vibration was not related to brakes OR wheels, which were ignored intentionally there, so in my honest opinion this place was a scam and should be ashamed to call themselves certified by General Motors to represent them as a company for what they did to me sooooo politely by the way. 1.5 stars for being nice about it & giving me $100 off a caliper is the good news. Bad job though never buy again or visit the shop here HOLY scam, wow what a ripoff.
