I went to Bill Cram on the recommendation from a friend. Upon arrival, I was met with a smiling face from Kristy and was instantly told about a few cars I was interested in. I was able to test drive a couple vehicles and picked one out. I was a first time buyer and they made it possible to drive away in my new car the very next day, thanks to the help from Kristy.

After a recent snow storm I parked too closely to the ditch. My vehicle quickly slipped to point where I could not drive it back onto the road by myself. Almost immediately after I got out of the vehicle along came, Josh Cilbrith. He was extremely friendly and confident he could help get me out. This was a great relief to me as otherwise I'd be calling for a tow truck. After a couple of tries Josh very carefully and skillfully pull me to safety. I was struck by his courteous and kind professionalism. If this is any indication of the way Josh treats his customers they are certainly likely to have a wonderful experience. Josh would not take any money I offered but instead stated he was a Sales Consultant for a local dealership, Bill Cram Chevrolet which fosters and promotes helping others.
