Great people and a good experience!
I recently purchased a 2015 Silverado 2500 HD from Bill Cram and had a great experience.? My salesman Tim Ritter was very friendly and knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with.? Tim put up with a lot of questions and was very patient and not pushy with me while I sorted out exactly what I wanted.? It was a very low pressure buying experience and made purchasing a new car enjoyable instead of dreadful.? I have always owned Ford trucks in the past but I'm very happy I met Tim and the team at Bill Cram and I really enjoy my new Chevy!

Refreshing dealership to do busness with!!!!
The buying experience at Bill Cram was very easy and enjoyable starting with finding my vehicle on cars.com to taking delivery of my new truck! My salesman, Tim Ritter took the time to anwser all my questions I had concerning my purchase and during the whole sales process I was never placed in a high pressure situation. The entire staff at Bill Cram was very professional and easy to work with.The Finance Department was excellent, keeping me informed on the status of my loan. All of the paperwork was completed prior to my scheduled delivery time. Even the title clerk came out to further explain some motor vehicle registration questions that I brought up!

Best dealership in the area.
I have done business with this dealership since 1994. I appreciate the way every employee goes out of their way to make doing business there a pleasure. I am now a lease customer with a 2014 Cruze that I really love. When my 2001 Monte Carlo needed to be replaced I couldn't afford to buy a new car. So I leased a 2012 Cruze for 2 years. When the lease was expiring I went to Cram's and had the pleasure of dealing with Tim Ritter. He was extremely helpful in deciding whether to buy the 2012 or turn it in for another lease. He covered all the pros and cons and I ended up leasing a 2014 Cruze LT. Tim is an excellent salesman with a very professional layback personality. I am so glad for the guidance he gave me and I am confident I made the right decision. This car seems to have a more responsive smoother performance than 2012. When this lease expires I will be going back to Cram's to do business with Tim Ritter again. As far as I am concerned Bill Cram's is the best dealership in the area and the only one I will do business with. Tim is a real asset to the dealership with very good product knowledge and financing options.

Bill Cram - Tim Ritter
Extremely pleased with the help and customer service from Tim Ritter! I went in on Friday night at 5pm and he stayed after hours as we test drove and talked about different options. He was more than helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. I went in the following Saturday afternoon and ended up leaving in a 2015 Chevy Equinox! Matt was also very helpful in my buying process on the financing end! Will definitely recommend Tim to friends & family!

I have purchased and leased many cars. If you want the best deal without haggling or pressure being put on you, see TIM RITTER at Bill Cram's. He is outstanding! He will do his best to help you get the best deal and best vehicle for you. Not only that, he will follow up to make sure you are totally satisfied. Recently, he called me to schedule a small scratch to be repaired. I was busy, so he picked up the car at my house and delivered it back to me when it was done. My car was returned vacuumed, washed, and repaired. Talk about service. I've NEVER had any person/dealership do that for me. Remember that name, TIM RITTER, and that Dealership, Bill,Cram's.

New Suburban
I am not a fan of the car buying experience. I don't like pressure sales and I don't like feeling like i am being manipulated - dickering for price, etc. Further, I never thought I would be penning a review regarding a car dealer. With that said, I am totally pleased to report that I didn't have any of those feelings at Bill Cram. I worked with Tim Ritter. He was very direct, polite, and efficient. I was 'in and out' of the dealership with our new Suburban in about an hour. If that is what you're looking for in a dealership - go. I would recommend them to anyone.

Fantastic dealership!
We bought a 2014 Suburban from Tim Ritter. He was fantastic to work with. Very accommodating, kind and helpful. Our entire experience was great! Will definitely buy from them again in the future and have recommended them to others as well!

Bill Cram
The dealership was very nice and new - our salesman Tim was great. The only disappointment was with Chevy not this dealer, at all, the dealer was A+. The lack of quality options in my new 2014 Silverado LTZ, compared to my 2009 Silverado LTZ is sad - it's sad to see the option "drop" off as the price still rises. It's like the old oatmeal cream pie cookie that used to be 25 cents - it may still be 25 cents but is so much smaller. I drive a Chevy because I like the fact that you?re getting the best options, Bose stereo, quietest ride, better gas mileage and you still own a truck! I think next time I will shop the competition before I commit blindly to a brand. Again this was about the dealership and it was A+.
