Extremely Satisfied Customer

Recently I purchased a car from Jack Daniels Audi of Paramus and found that Tal Vander was extremely helpful. Tal was a real professional who knew the product and all the features which we find really is the case in speaking with salespeople. He took care of everything that was needed including impeccable follow-up. I am an expert and train CEOs and their teams in leadership performance and sales. Great service, clean facilities

Buying a car at Jack Daniel's Paramus was a pleasant experience. Jim is a excellent sales associate and made buying my car as easy and exciting. I am very happy with my Audi a5 , and would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase an Audi.

Ultimate shopper, buys JD Audi Of Paramus

Ive been seriously shopping for an Audi for some time. After coming to Jack Daniels Of Paramus I make my purchase. Maurice and Solomon Sales answered all my questions and the buying process was great. even fitting my golf clubs into the car. I will recommmend these guys to everyone, You'll be happy to come here.

We wanted a Q7

I don?t think we?ve EVER had such a POSITIVE car purchase/leasing experience ever as we did with Marie Sielski at Jack Daniels Audi in Paramus! Even with our young kids in tow, Marie was so incredibly professional, pleasant and genuinely interested in getting us into the car we wanted (Q7) that we ended up buying (leasing) our car on a day when we had only gone in to ?check out? our options. Her low pressure sales style (we loved) and that coupled with all the comparative information with which we were provided about the car (great information also from Solomon Faizi, who was also amazing) and the fact that we really felt Marie went out of her way to find the car with the precise specs we really wanted, and at a price that we could not walk away from, to boot, made us feel like we actually wanted to and had to get the car on the spot?.from her?and so we did! We could not have had a better experience. She was also so welcoming of our follow up questions about the car, after our car purchase, as well as Arthur who was nothing short of super in this regard and who I also had on my speed dial for the first few weeks after purchase. I could go on?All around this was a great, great and great experience! We will definitely be back the next time around!

Love my Q5 Thanks!!!!! Thanks to David

This is my third lease at Jack Daniels and they have went above and beyond once again! Thank you to David Baum (Audi Brand Specialist) for your patience and guiding me to get the Vehicle that was best for me. It's hard to find a sales specialist you can trust and the fact is that David really extended himself so that I would be satisfied with my lease choice. Arthur Nicholson, the Audi technologist is the man for any question on the Navi Plus system and Audi Connect, which can be overwhelming at times. He is diligent and very passionate when it comes to all the bells and whistles that Audi offers. In addition, Arthur conveniently makes himself available at any time for instruction and training- hence makes you a priority. The Jack Daniels team in Paramus, specifically David offers the friendliest service and gives by far the best deals. David has excellent customer service skills and makes you feel comfortable during the sales process which can be dreadful. I'm super happy with my new Audi and glad I chose to evolve into the Q5 after driving the A4 for so long. I'll probably go back again when my lease is up in 39 months!

Marie S was great!

Recently bought a 2014 A4 from Marie S, and missed the expiration for the J.D. Power Survey so wanted to give Marie some kudos here. Marie was the exact opposite of your typical salesman/woman. She cared, took the time to show me the vehicle and was very honest and me and my fiance trusted her. Literally it was like buying a car from my mom, or maybe aunt really.. Marie Sielski – Best sales person ever!

Marie Sielski is a wolf in sheep's clothing

Until 2 weeks ago, I recommended Jack Daniel's Audi to anyone who asked how I liked my new 2013 Audi Q5. I would even go out of my way to say how great I thought Marie Sielski was. She was extremely friendly, did not pressure me into anything, sent me a "Congratulations on your new car" card a few months later, and finally went as far as to call me on my 6 month and year anniversary of the car. This kind of above and beyond service was unheard of to me and anyone I asked. Great customer service. Or one would think. Two weeks ago, I had a report run on my Audi and at this time discovered the "brand new" Q5 I had been leasing had an undisclosed accident report on it; just 12 days before I began my lease. Looking back on the day of my purchase/lease, Marie told me the basic Q5 I wanted (and already agreed on price) wasn't on the lot, but they could give me one with an "upgraded" headlamp package for the same price. Amazing. No problem. Now you do the math. Giving a customer a car that you knew as a professional "Audi band specialist" had an accident on it (whether or not it be minor, still had a police report on it) and disguising it as an upgrade is completely unprofessional and downright disappointing. I do not and WILL NOT accept that Marie didn't know that. If she didn't, then what does that tell you about her title, "specialist"? I call xx! She knew exactly what she was doing when she gave the fabulous upgrade. Perfect example of bait and switch. Marie has completely disappointed me and my family. This is a true reflection on her character....sweet to your face, but only looking to screw the customer. I do not care if I am leasing the car and it is not mine, as a consumer that is irrelevant. I could have taken by business to lease a car to any other dealer. I wanted to be leasing a BRAND NEW Audi, not 1 that had previously been in an accident. This my friends, is apparently what Jack Daniels is all about because no one and I mean no one wants to make this right. The message is loud and clear, if you are leasing, we at Jack Daniel's "don't care if there's 10 accidents on it because you're going to give it back anyway". Beautiful comment coming from Jack Daniels' Audi General manager, Soloman Faizi. I suggest you take your business to a cheap used car salesmen because at least they are upfront about their dishonestly. Unlike Marie Sielski and the rest of the Jack Daniels "family", they pretend to be better people than they are.

Great Experience

I took the time to write this review because I was impressed by the service I received from the team at this dealer. I went in there to test drive an Audi A3 and they were most helpful, they knew the brand and models inside out, they made sure all my questions were answered, they were attentive, friendly, respectul, and provided a pressure free environment. Definitely a must visit dealership if you're thinking about an Audi

An excellent experience

Thank you to all at Jack Daniels Audi of Paramus. From Jim who took me right away to test drive the car, answered all my questions and even went the distance to give me a lift for car delivery to Frank who was willing to work with me to afford my car and make sure I was happy with it to Terrence who got financing that met my expectations to Arthur who took me through every detail of my car with incredible knowledge and patience, and to all the support team who assisted with a few minor detailing and cleaning requests, the overall experience was outstanding. They really have a tight team there who really care about the customer and assisted so wonderfully with my transition into this category. Thank you to all for making this a really good thing!!!
