Came in to see a used vehicle & was quickly greeted by Terry. Couldn’t have asked for a better salesman. I’m often hesitant because of all the dealership process & the amount of time that it takes to get out of there but Terry made this process quick & easy. Very attentive also. Highly recommend you ask to see him when you come in. You will not regret it.

Good luck after making a purchase

Purchased a 2016 S5 over a month ago and still have yet to receive my new tags. After several of my phone calls being avoided by Andy, I had finally spoke to the manager who assured me everything was in the mail as of a week ago and that I still had 10 days on my temp tag. Well my tag is expiring now and I had just spoke to the DMV saying everything was just received yesterday so it'd be 10 business days before I receive it. Needless to say I now have a $30k+ paperweight sitting in my driveway. Complete shady, lying and lazy dealership once the vehicle is off the lot.

I have tried to reach out to both you and other managers countless times by both phone at both locations and by email to no avail and no help.

Shady, Lying and Lazy

I gave Audi and Gent a five star rating because they made the whole process of buying a car very simple. Gent went out of his way to show me every single car I may have liked and sat down with me in order to figure out which worked best for me.

Overall great experience

We purchased a used Audi A3 and are very satisfied. The whole experience was easy and stress free. There were some cosmetic issues with the vehicle that Terry Axel, our salesperson, promised to address. All issues were addressed. Terry went above and beyond to assist us, get the car prepared for delivery in great time, and make the purchase seamless. He is very friendly and accommodating. He is one of the best auto sales persons we have come across. We recommend this dealership- see Terry!

Best dealership!

This is my second time buying a vehicle from this dealership. From the moment you walk into their dealership they all make you feel at ease. Terry Axel and Tim Mickens were the absolute best. They were extremely helpful and did not put any type of pressure on me just to make a sale. I would highly recommend buying from Jack Daniel's Audi of Paramus. Even their parts and service is excellent. I had dealt with Blanca from parts and services in the past and I must say she's an angel. I've never encountered any experience with any other dealership like I have with them and I have three high end vehicles. Keep up the great work there!

THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE & SERVICE MANAGER EVER!!!!!!

Jack Daniel Audi Service in Fair Lawn is hands down the BEST service center I've visited. Customer service is impeccable and highly rated. The atmosphere is so relaxing and the staff there is extremely attentive. The Service Manager Blanca Simpson goes beyond the call of duty and is always following up with extraordinary customer satisfaction. She alone receives 10+ stars from me. To be honest, I have never felt so comfortable with having my car service than I do with the staff at Jack Daniels. I've witness on a number of occasion on how Blanca interacts with her staff and customer and time & time again she shows compassion, concern and understanding with each interaction. If you want top of the line car care AND customer service please visit the staff at Jack Daniel Audi in Fair Lawn and ask for Blanca Simpson. Best Service Manager from Audi

Is impressive the treatment that you will get by dealing with the best Service Manager that Audi have. Blanca Simpson is very pleasant and knowledgeable in regards customer services and as a service advisor she will kindly address and explain any tecnical issues that you vehicle may have in such simple way that you will have a full satisfaction and understanding. Always with a beautiful smile and the soft tone so you will always feel welcome. Audi will need more employees like Blanca Simpson.
