Jack Daniels Audi of Paramus

This is my 2nd time leasing a Q5. I did my research and received lease quotes from three dealers. Jack Daniels gave me the best deal and the entire experience was painless. They even beat out the dealer I leased my first Q5 from. I worked with Chris Cerda and Tal Vander and we discussed and confirmed the details via phone and email. I told them I wanted to be in and out of the dealership. I only spent about 1 hour at the dealership and most of that time was spent with technologist Farid who is amazing. Farid showed me the features and functions of my car and I was very comfortable operating it when I drove off the lot. Thank you for being honest, transparent and providing great service.

From beginning to end my experience was on point. My advisor, Jeff Romano was able to accommodate all my needs. I explained that my schedule is structured and hectic due to being in real estate, and that my window for service was specific. Jeff made it happen. Including having a loaner as requested. I went in for a bubble in my tire and an oil change. Jeff informed me that he would have the tech look over my car to make sure I was good to go until my next service visit . They ended up finding a minor leak from the thermostat, which could of been a way bigger issue down the line if not caught as early it was. Jeff text me an image of the issue. Informed me that it was covered under my warranty and insured me that my car would be ready as promised. I showed up a little earlier then expected to get some work done in the lounge, and was pleasantly surprised to see my car washed and ready to go parked in front. Jeff and his team will continue to get my business as they understand the value of time and service. Also the complimentary snacks and drinks are A+. 11 out of 10 with this visit!

Had my a4 brought in for routine service. In the past, I would not hear from my advisor after several days. Jeff Romano had kept me updated and had my vehicle back to me in one day. He was courteous and professional. He went over the entire bill with me and assured me my vehicle was in great condition. I will definitely be returning to Jack Daniels for my services.

Alex is a very friendly, no pressure person that makes you feel at ease. Although I ended up not going with an Audi at the end of the day, I would definitely recommend Alex to anybody considering an Audi purchase in the greater NYC area.

I had an excellent experience at Jack Daniels route 4 in Paramus. The car salesman was very knowledgeable and passionate about the cars and treated me with respect. I bought a used Audi A3, with a few minor dings on the hood and rear of the car. The dealership promised they would repair all the dings and they followed through on their promise. They made the car look like brand new and I was very appreciative. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to get into a new or used Audi! They treat their clients with respect and make you feel well taken care of.
