Overall, an outstanding buying experience. My family has purchased several cars through Jack Daniels Paramus and I've never been disappointed. Everyone from the sales staff, finance people, and service department are friendly and knowledgable. I often inquire at other dealerships but JDP always gives me the best price and the best buying experience. Most important is that there is full transparency throughout the process. All of my questions are always answered and I drive away understanding the car and the pricing. A great dealership.

My fiancé and I leased our 2016 Q5 from Jack Daniels Audi Paramus. When we were ready to trade it in we met with Huey (who I can’t say enough good things about). He was beyond helpful and really listened to what we wanted going into a new lease and especially with lowering our monthly payments. We walked out of there with a new 2019 Audi Q5 and couldn’t be happier. All the thanks to the entire team at Jack Daniels Audi Paramus for not wasting our time and really listening to what we wanted to get us in a better car with better deal!

Everyone from the sales representative, tech support representatives to the finance closer were not only courteous and professional but sensitive to our needs and they all knew the product throughly. This lead to what can only be called a very enjoyable experience

The overall buying experience was very pleasant and efficient, with a true sense of working with you rather than against you. Alex was able to accommodate the specific items we were looking for in the vehicle and get us into a car in days rather than months. As if that were not enough, they even accommodated a tire swap (the summer tires included in one of the packages were not going to cut it here in the NJ) which allowed us to get the exact option packages we wanted on the vehicle. Overall, they went out of their way to get us the car we wanted quickly, and at a fair price. Alex was great at following up on any questions/issues we had during the buying process without us feeling like we were being "stalked" like at other dealers. Taking delivery of the vehicle was a pleasure. Alex and Andy quickly sped us through the paperwork and got us in the car with Farid who gave us an extensive, completely unhurried, demonstration of the car's many features and answered any questions we had. Farid, and the entire team, left us with the sense that they remain there to help with any/all questions we may have at any point in time even now that we are on the road. There are several Audi dealers in the area but make sure you stop here at some point in your journey and give them a chance to earn your business.

I have to admit your team was excellent through out the whole process of the leasing car. The level of professionalism was also excellent. I certainly have to thank Gent for answering all of my questions before I moved forward with leasing the Audi.
