Just purchased a 2019 Audi Q5 today. Many thanks to Dolly, Alex, Tal, and Ji (Andy) for helping my wife and I close the deal. I have worked with Alex for buying audi q7 recently. Very happy with the level of professionalism he has shown. Did not hear ‘no’ from him so far for any of my requests. When I was not sure of the exterior color, he sent a new car with that exact color to my home for viewing, which he could have avoided easily by asking me to come over to check the color. And, of course, he gave me great price deal in the end. Even his colleagues were very friendly and nice to interact with!

It's as if some dealerships in New Jersey DON'T want to sell you a car. This wasn't the case working with Alex O'Connor and the team at Jack Daniels Paramus. From the first conversation Alex made a point of earning my business, and that he did. Not more than a few days later, we closed on a 2018 A6 at a very competitive rate. After bad experiences with 2 other Audi dealerships in NJ, I was very happy with Jack Daniels Audi of Paramus. Alex O'Connor was my salesman, I made more progress on a 10 minute call with him than after hours at other dealerships. I drove over an hour to do business with them, and would highly recommend them. There was a minor issue with the car when I picked it up, they made sure to bring it to my attention and that it was resolved before I left. Best pricing I found by far, will gladly do business there again.

I came in 30mins before they were closing. They took their time to show me the car and test drive it. I didnt feel rush or had to make a decision right away.

I came in to look at Audis, and immediately was greeted by Chris who spent over 2 hours with me. He took me for test drives and wasn’t hesitant about the fact that I wasn’t ready to commit. I came back the next day with my family, met with Chris for several hours again now looking at a different set of cars. We felt bad for being indecisive and taking up so much of Chris’s time but he was friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and attentive the whole time. We finally walked out with a new Q5.
