Everybody at Jack Daniels Audi were extremely helpful. They made the car buying experience seemless and simple. Everybody was very knowledgeanbe about their product and their competion. They gave me a no haggling great deal that saved me thousands over the life of the lease compared to what I was quoted at another Audi Dealership. Imani was my guy but everybody there were really friendly and helpful.

Alex was very knowledgeable and made the purchasing experience fun. I felt that he listened my needs and recommended the perfect car for my needs. He took his time to explain all the features of the vehicle.

Most of all, the sales person whose name Mr. Gent Lushaj gave me a tremendous help for choosing this car and this dealership. He was actually a game changer because I was considering Jeep SRT to be my next choice. Think that is mainly because he owns and currently driving S3 by himself so he could be very knowledgeable. Additionally, he was also fully understanding what he has to offer or explain depending on his clients level of understanding for their candidates. Fast and kind replies were also huge plus because I asked so many questions on this car before finally making my decision. I'm pretty sure that II'll be continously relying on his knowledge and information coming from his real experiences for my maintenance afterwards. Also would like to thank to Mr. Ji Kim. He was well prepared and offered other guarantee options I can consider. I've been visiting more than ten dealerships around my place including other brands, I've clearly felt these guys the most reliable, trustworthy and not exagerrating anything only for their own imminent sales records because I can catch it by always doing my own research to the in-depth level on candidates that I'm interested. Really appreciate making me comfortable and helping for my fast choice.

I saw one car Online in Cars.com, I called sales reps and Spoke with Imani, I did not even see the car and negotiated Price for Audi A4, I have Also Paid Refundable deposit of $500 to block the deal. Later when i was trying to process i was going through the charges and found they charged Nearly $1000 for Cleaning, paper work, Detailing, etc. Which is outrageous. When i asked about it they said it all default. I have bought two cars in recent years where i did not see such charges, Two days later sales Rep called me and said he will reduce the price of the car by $500 to sub set the cost. I agreed and asked him to send the revised quote. Then after 30 Minutes He texted me saying (Dont have face to call me) This car was also booked by Another sales person and they are ready to take car. Very unprofessional, Truly opportunist. Bunch of cheaters
