Jack Daniels Audi of Paramus

Had previous experience with Jack Daniels as I leased multiple VW's for my father but this time it was my turn. This would be my second A6 (first one I got from another dealer) I like to do the research ahead of time and over email, I reached out and contacted Ralph Vassallo who was very attentive, professional and detail oriented. He answered all my questions as we negotiated towards a mutually agreeable final number. Before going to met with Tal, I was introduced to Farid. What can i tell you..totally delighted me, and taught me so much about the A6 that I didn't know, and I though I knew a lot. Was very helpful, upbeat, professional and I think provides a very valuable service that not every dealer has, but this sets Jack Daniels apart. I then met with Tal who was just as pleasant and professional and got me out of there with time to make my Christmas Eve meal. All in all a very memorable experience and I would recommend everyone at Jack Daniels Audi -Paramus without hesitation.

I have been a customer since 2011 and Tal Vander is like my personal sales concierge. He is always available and honest. They check on me year round and I have just leased my 4th A8 from them. I have driven Mercedes, Lexus and Jaguar but for me hands down the Audi's are the best cars overall. I have been the owner of 2 Mercedes Benz cars and thought it was time to look for an SUV that was comfortable and reliable. So now I am a first time buyer of an Audi Q5 and much of this was due to the Jack Daniels' personnel, especially Terry Axel. He was very knowledgeable and quickly understood what I was looking for. So that I could test drive the Q5 in my own neighborhood and environment, he drove the car to my house and I was able to get an excellent idea of how it handled and how I felt driving an SUV. I told him what color I was interested in and by Monday I was in his office buying the SUV. The entire process and experience was professional from Terry (of course) to Finance and to the "tech guy" Farid (no sure of the spelling).. Would certainly recommend Terry and his colleagues to anyone wanting to buy an Audi - whatever model.

Terry is the best!!! He sold my mom her audi about 6-7 years ago and helped me out with my car. I told him exactly what I wanted and he got it for my no problems. So helpful and genuinely caring. He was just happy to see me happy with my new car. I will absolutely recommend him to anyone that is looking for an Audi!

Tal is a highly knowledgeable guy. Follows up. And only showed me what I told him I wanted to see. Was quick to bring a great opportunity to me. And executed even with a better price. That’s rare in my mind. He’s a great guy

Blanca did not just do her job, she forthright and informed without sounding like she knew it all. She listened to my comments and responded most professionally and helpfully. I did not know if I had a major tune up during my last visit to my dealership, but Blanca suggested the necessary maintenance work for now and then check my invoice. It was simple and on point. It just seemed that she took the extra step and provided me with an option which was appreciated. The job took less than an hour, and I was off to work. I also like the video/online invoice as it is environmentally friendly and gave me quick access to what done to my car. Thanks, Blanca.

The team at Jack Daniels was professional, honest and knowledgeable and I was treated very well. I received a full demo of all the car features and technology from an expert and the negotiation process was simple are fairly straight forward. Terry Axle in sales was very professional and honest and he made the entire process from start to finish very easy for me. He is a great guy too. I would recommend this dealer as it is not always this easy to buy a car.

This was my first time leasing a car, so as one would image, I was nervous and anxious. However, the staff at Jack Daniels Audi in Paramus made me feel comfortable and put me at ease. I spent a lot of the day working with Terry, who was so helpful, caring, and devoted to helping me walk out with the car I wanted. The staff took the time to sit down, listen to me, and truly give me an offer I could not pass up. I was worried about wasting a lot of my day sitting and waiting, but the staff assisted me quickly and had me on the road a lot sooner than I expected. I am so thankful for the welcoming staff. I will definitely be leasing my next car here, but in the mean time I am going to enjoy my new Q3 that I absolutely love!

I entered and was greeted by the receptionist immediately. As we walked through I was met by Alexander. He showed us around and the different models on the floor. We currently had the Q5 which I love but needed more room. Alex showed us the Q7 & Q8 but Q7 fit the best. We purchased the showroom model Q7 Galaxy Blue! I just love it!
