I purchased a 2018 S3 from Terry Axel at Audi of Paramus when my current Audi lease was coming to an end. The deal needed to be completed by year end and there weren’t many S3’s available. I live in Manhattan and tried a few NY dealers but realized that I needed to find a car on my own if this was to happen by 12/31. Luckily, Audi of Paramus had one and Terry answered the phone when I called. Terry was very accommodating and called back with all of the details exactly when he said he would. The transaction was very straight forward and totally transparent with none of the usual “nonsense” that I have experienced with most auto buying deals. I am both thrilled with my new S3 and the totally professional and courteous attitude of Terry Axel and all those that I encountered at Audi of Paramus. Very highly recommended!

The moment we stepped foot into the dealership , we received a very welcoming greeting from all employees throughout and were presented with a no pressure atmosphere whatsoever. Had previous experience with Jack Daniels as I leased multiple VW's for my father but this time it was my turn. This would be my second A6 (first one I got from another dealer) I like to do the research ahead of time and over email, I reached out and contacted Ralph Vassallo who was very attentive, professional and detail oriented. He answered all my questions as we negotiated towards a mutually agreeable final number. Before going to met with Tal, I was introduced to Farid. What can i tell you..totally delighted me, and taught me so much about the A6 that I didn't know, and I though I knew a lot. Was very helpful, upbeat, professional and I think provides a very valuable service that not every dealer has, but this sets Jack Daniels apart. I then met with Tal who was just as pleasant and professional and got me out of there with time to make my Christmas Eve meal.
