I entered and was greeted by the receptionist immediately. As we walked through I was met by Alexander. He showed us around and the different models on the floor. We currently had the Q5 which I love but needed more room. Alex showed us the Q7 & Q8 but Q7 fit the best. We purchased the showroom model Q7 Galaxy Blue! I just love it! It all happened so quickly! Our daughter is turning 17 in March. Her dream car... A White Audi A3. After a web search we found the perfect one for her. This brought us to Jack Daniels Audi Dealer in Paramus to see for ourselves. Guess what?! The car was perfect. It seemed as if it was waiting for just her! That afternoon we were introduced to a professional, knowledgeable and most helpful sales person, Ralph. From the moment we met him, he made us feel comfortable. Ralph took his time with us and answered our million questions with ease and confidence. He took us for a test drive and even had my daughter practice driving in a safe open lot. (She has her permit) The next day we brought my husband back to the dealer...to our surprise, he agreed to this purchase! We have a very happy girl. :) Most importantly we feel at ease knowing that Brooke will be driving a very safe car. Dolly was knowledgeable, honest and took care of EVERYTHING throughout the whole buying process including my Insurance & DMV Plates- made it so easy for me . Tal worked on the #s for me so I could add an additional option I wanted. And Farid the Tech guy is witty and explained clearly how everything worked. I highly recommend this dealership.
