I called dealership to find out availability of a pre owned vehicle that I saw on line. A really nice guy, Vinny, who also happens to be the preowned manager took my call. He told me that the car had just come in and was being serviced and detailed and said that he would have the car at the dealership that afternoon. I made an appointment to see the car at 1 PM and was met by Vinny and a sales person named Alex. I took a long drive with Alex, visited the service facility and was very impressed with my experience. I signed a deal that afternoon and picked up the car the next day.
