After trips to two other Audi dealerships, I ended up making my purchase at jack daniels Audi on rt 4 in Paramus due to the professionalism, friendliness and willingness to negotiate by Huey (my salesman) and everyone else involved in the sale. Cannot say enough good things about this dealership. They have earned my business for many years to come.

Purchase and delivery experience was great. Dolly was great to deal with...no pressure and Farid was outstanding with respect to the delivery and explanation of Q5 technology. The Finance team was equally efficient. Overall, a good experience.

I called dealership to find out availability of a pre owned vehicle that I saw on line. A really nice guy, Vinny, who also happens to be the preowned manager took my call. He told me that the car had just come in and was being serviced and detailed and said that he would have the car at the dealership that afternoon. I made an appointment to see the car at 1 PM and was met by Vinny and a sales person named Alex. I took a long drive with Alex, visited the service facility and was very impressed with my experience. I signed a deal that afternoon and picked up the car the next day. This is our second time with Terry at Jack Daniels Audi. We moved up from the Q3 to a Q5. Terry is a pleasure to work with, a straight shooter and most genuine. This is my 4th purchase from Jack Danials, however, this is my first Audi. My family and I absolutely love our 2019 Audi Q8 (THAT WE DID NOT SEE NOR DRIVE BEFORE PURCHASING IT).
