"Top Notch!!!" This was my first time dealing with Jack Daniels Audi, and I'm pretty sure it wont be my last. Everything was seamless, very efficient, and my new Q5 was waiting right outside the door. Gent and Adam were extremely friendly and professional.

Bought a Q5, had a great experience. Alex from sales and Tal from finance were easy to work with. Did not feel pressured to buy which was important to me. Process was smooth and streamline. Paperwork was a breeze.

I almost purchased a 2013 Audi A4 from this dealership. Took car for a test drive. It drove well and inside looked like brand new. Car came with no warranty. Sales Manager tried to talk me into a $2,200 extended warranty. Said no. Came back to pick up the car and ready to leave the lot when the car started to make a noise. I was told it had something to do with the starter key. I immediately told them the deal was off and I wanted my money back. Tried to talk me out of it, told them I want my money back and I am done with Audi. Later told my friends that pre-owned Audi's are nothing but problems. Will stay away from them and would not recommend this dealership.

Went back for my second Audi to Jack Daniels and as always their service is impeccable! Love working with everyone here and am looking forward for to continuing working with them in the future!

Immediately walking into to the dealership we were greeted by Tal, he was very professional and courteous. It was definitely a team effort helping our Company select the right vehicle. Tal took the time to find out exactly what we were looking for in a vehicle. A few days following our purchase, he made a courtesy visit to go over all the features of the vehicle again.
