Oil change caused engine seized
I had oil change in Audi Service Center of Paramus (16-01 McBride Ave, Fair Lawn, NJ 07410) on September 1, 2018. 5 minutes after I left the service center (about 4:05pm), the car suddenly stopped in the street due to engine seized. Oil splashed all over on the engine and other places as well as drooping on the ground (photos available) I called service center but it was closed at 4:00pm. Another Audi service told me to contact Audi roadside assistance, and the car was towed back to Paramus service center @5:40pm. On Tuesday afternoon (09/18/18, 18 days since the car towed back) I was told repair work done. We went to pick up the car, still found some oil on the bottom of engine and other places (fan, etc.) The car (2017) only has 6810 mileages. After multi point inspection when changing engine oil, it has no any problem at all. Mechanics pointed out engine seized is serious damage, it greatly reduced engine's life and safety as well as will reduce resell value. We (my family, friends, colleagues and people saw the car in the street) could not believe thing happened on the car right after Audi's simple service. I have to mention the service manager Mr. Ted Higgins and representative Angel are very polite.

Very helpful and thorough
I first met with Jason and explained to him what I was looking for in a vehicle and he then introduced me to Ralph who was very knowledgeable of the vehicles. We test drove both Q3 and Q5 to see difference. Ralph went over all the features and benefits of both vehicles. We sat to discuss which vehicle I was interested in to which I decided on the Q3, and then discussed price. Both Jason and Ralph helped me get to where I wanted to be with my payments. I would definitely recommend going to Jack Daniels and seeing Ralph as he is extremely detailed and thorough and will help to the best of his ability.

Best car buying experience so far
Sent an inquiry via internet and Ralph Vassallo reached out help with questions. Went in for a test drive on a Monday not particularly intending to complete a transaction. Ralph was courteous and friendly. Answered all my questions, found a way to complete the deal even though the tile for the trade in had not been delivered to me yet from the bank. Reasonable price, no pressure, friendly and helpful staff. I'm happy with my new purchase and would go back for my next purchase.

Great friendly and professional service
Jim the sales person and the finance manager were extremely friendly and helfppful with every detail regarding the purchase. I never felt pressure to buy a vehicle, and when I did decide on a model every effort was made to find and provide me with car and options which I had chosen. By far the best vehicle buying experience of my life and I will be happy to recommend Jack Daniels Audi to all of my friends and relatives.
