Tal Vander was awesome! I bought a pre-owned A3 from him and Manny Diaz. The entire lease process was easy from the start, no runarounds or deceptive sale practices, simply honest and straightforward. Shopped at different Audi dealers but the service and customer attention offered by Andy (sales rep) was unparalleled. Our Audi Specialist (Andy) went above and beyond for the us, would highly recommend to others.

I was treated with indifference when i went to purchase a pre-owned Audi. Yes, I’m a young guy, mid-twenties, and yes, I showed up in shorts and t-shirt, but I make 75k a year and could easily afford a $30,000 car. I was treated with a “yeah right” kind of attitude by Jim, and I would have expected more professionalism by an Audi dealer. I did not do business here, having found the same car, with less miles, one year newer, and in better condition for 4K less. The dealer did try to do a deal, however the numbers were way too high, with Jim quoting me a payment without even knowing my interest rate, cementing my idea that he was just trying to get rid of me to take a serious up.

I went to a few dealerships in the area and Alex O’Connor and the staff at the Paramus location were the most pleasant to work with, compared to all the other local dealerships I visited prior. Alex was extremely helpful and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. I was NOT pressured or rushed into making a quick decision, which was the most appealing part of working with Alex and his staff. I truly believe I got the most fair deal on my lease here and am beyond happy with my decision to choose this location. I would highly recommend Alex O’Connor and the Paramus Audi location!

Really great experience, sales team of Imani, Jason and Peter were very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. They delivered the exact car I wanted at the price point I wanted and made the entire process very straightforward. It was a challenging effort to find the car (S4) and they made it clear that there would be no guarantees other than they would do there very best, which they did. The delivery was very efficient and enjoyable and they took the time to familiarize myself with the vehicle. I am a very happy customer.

Imani was great from the beginning to the end he made feel like i was a valuable customer. He was very informative and answers all my questions. Imani keep me informed of the process as i waited to see the Adam. Terence Taggart also came by to congratulate me on my purchase and to welcome me to the Audi family. Tim Mickens was also a great person he sat with me talk and also kelp checking on the process. Tim and Imani both made the wait not seem as long as it was. If i had one compliant it would be the long waiting process. You would think with so much technology out there that there should be a faster process when it comes to buying a car.

Overall excellent experience. This is the third car that I have purchased from Jack Daniels. The staff are excellent. They follow through and are extremely knowledgeable.

Jack Daniels of Paramus was very helpful with the process of turning in a current leased Audi for a new 2018 Audi A4. As a loyal Audi customer, they were willing to negotiate very reasonable lease terms to take advantage of the Summer of Audi promotional program. I was able to take delivery of a new A4 in the color that I wanted along with the options that make this a special car. They were extremely helpful in explaining all the new technology features that are available with the virtual cockpit and the MMI interface.
