Mini of Main Line is spot on when it’s time for car service. The service I received is done right, the staff is respectful and the atmosphere pleasant. As for the car wash, that can be taking a notch up. All and all, good service. Aka geekey1.

Micah was great.

Micah was great. Facilitated diagnostics and repair for a performance issue. Non-Mini mechanics had been stumped. I might have even saved a few bucks had I come to the Mini dealership first.

The service department has the worst service I’ve ever

The service department has the worst service I’ve ever experienced. I’ve been IGNORED and lied to about delays requiring threats and finally complaining to corporate. Being ignored is unacceptable.
