The sales representative, Darius, was great to work with.
The sales representative, Darius, was great to work with. No pressure. We were both able to work out a fair deal for both parties. He knew the business and how to deal with people on a personal basis. The General Manager came out to meet us and congratulate us and that was a nice touch. Other staff were very friendly and were genuinely happy to see us in the dealership. We will be back and tell our other friends about the experience. Keep it up!

Well done but extremely slow.
Well done but extremely slow. Everyone seems to not have the paperwork nor not what’s going on. It took me 2 1:2 hours for an oil change and a tire valve replacement. I don’t know what to do though - they are the only local dealership. Footnote - I bought my car from the same place and the representative was the same way. Very cordial but new and seemed to have no idea about what was going on.

Spent over 6000 dollars on engine repair coolant repair .
Spent over 6000 dollars on engine repair coolant repair . Take it back for oil change and surprise a coolant leak . And they would like 1200 more for a part that was already replaced only 1 month prior. Pure thieves. And it shook after the engine repair.

3 stars, lots of grease left on tire.
3 stars, lots of grease left on tire. Mentioned this and was told " it is the grease used to put tire on". Guess I should have asked why is it being returned with grease. Car would not be released until Mini purchased tire warranty would pay up! No updates, had to keep calling.

I was interested in a Mini Cooper Countryman.
I was interested in a Mini Cooper Countryman. Dan was fantastic. He was quick to respond and communication couldn’t have been better. The whole transaction was great. Absolutely zero pressure to buy. I would highly recommend them if you’re interested in a Mini Cooper! Dan also came in on his day off to take care of me.
