I received the recall letter in the mail. I used Honda link to schedule my appt. Honda Temecula was able to add an oil change and the 2nd recall in on same appt. everyone is nice and greeted us as we walked in . Thank you Honda Temecula. .

Dealership has been informative through any issues I have faced. They don’t make you feel rushed to make a decision on solutions given. My only complain is the time given to assessing an ongoing issue that was identified several services ago. I believe the volume of services to technician ratio doesn’t give the adequate assessment at identify issues that may require more time.
