DCH Honda of Temecula

Me and my husband had an amazing visit at Honda of Temecula! We got our new 2013 Honda Civic and it's amazing!! Brad Johnson had helped us through the whole process. He was very helpful, informative, direct and has a great customer service. I highly recommend Honda of Temecula for anyone who s looking for great customer service, fast processing, clean facility and much more.

Rick was very courteous and took care of me quickly. My car was ready when promised. He also ensured my warranty work was scheduled when the part would be there. No problems or delays and my car was done on time.

Tim Joyce of the service department was very helpful and efficient today having our new key and remote coded to our Civic. Also he had our car washed!

Excellent prompt service. They do not make you wait. Facilities are clean and the service adviroe gives a good assessment of what else may be needed in future.

We always trust that when we come to DCH Honda Temecula that our car will be handled properly and the work done will be satisfactory. What keeps us coming back even more is the quality of service from the whole staff and the accommodating facility. I am not afraid to bring my 1-year old because they have a great play area for him, snacks to feed him, and Erin Ramsey, the Customer Relations Manager, even brought him out a balloon to entertain him! All staff is very friendly and even though they were busy, the service department got our car serviced quickly and we didn't have to wait as long as I thought. Keep up the great work! I will always send people your way!

Everything was done in an orderly manner. Car needed oil change and tire rotation. I trust bringing my car to this Honda dealer - everyone s courteous and helpful and I like that there is a courtesy driver there, if needed.

Thank you to Tim Joyce for the excellent customer service and quick turnaround when I brought my vehicle in on Monday. He kept me informed every step of the way and was very helpful!!

I took my van in for oil change, and experienced very friendly staff. I was also informed that the B1 code that showed up on my display meant it was time for a minor service, so I was able to get that done also, as well as get the tires rotated. They also took the time to check out an intermittent problem with my back tailgate not closing, although the problem did not happen when they checked it out. I'm very pleased with the service here recently. This dealership has had customer service issues in the past, and I'm glad they are working to clean up their image. I believe in second, and third, and fourth etc. chances and I'm glad I do so I could have my opinion changed about this business. Will definitely return here again.

Brad responded to all emails promptly and he was attentive to my wife's work schedule when signing docs. He was not overly pushy in the least and the fact he dealt with me via email as I requested and didn't call me every minute as almost all competitors do, earned my business and future business is well. Brad is a true asset to DCH and they are lucky to have him.
