I have had very positive experiences working with DCH Honda and would recommend them to anyone looking for friendly service and a great deal. Rich Dickens has sold 5 different Hondas to my friends and family, and the process was always a great experience. Recently, I was looking to help out my nephew in trading in his Honda Accord, and Rich made the process quick and painless. I am happy to report that my nephew loves his Honda Fit, and had a great experience with DCH Honda of Temecula.

I've been coming to DCH Honda for all of my vans needs since I purchased it new in 2006. I've been pleased with the service dept. since day one, however since Susan Turner became my service advisor I'm over the moon happy! She is an amazing asset to DCH. She knows what she is talking about, she's a kind person and her follow up is as it should be. Most places, you leave a voicemail and cross your fingers that you get a call back. With Susan, she not only returns all of my calls but she does so in a timely manner. I wouldn't take my van anywhere else!

I had been looking for a new car for a few months. I could only afford a used car, but needed something that was going to be reliable with a low amount of miles. I am a student and have to commute so I knew I would be putting alot of miles on my car. The person that helped me pick out the car was a great help and knew exactly what I needed. He also helped me with the price. I do not make alot of money and I plan on going to the peace corp. I had a set price that was my maxium that I could afford for only a certain number of years. After 5 years there was a strong chance I would be out of the country. The people at DCH helped me find the perfect car with the perfect price. I could not think of a better experience I could of had with buying my first car.
