Was upset that I kept waiting and waiting for over 2 hrs

Was upset that I kept waiting and waiting for over 2 hrs for my oil when i scheduled an appointment, other customers where getting there after me and leaving before me and they were getting the same service. I was told my paperwork got “mixed” in the shuffle. I had to ask another service advisor to check on my car, and he pulled it up for me.
