pleasant and efficient

Ive always thought going to the dealer was for rich people. Now I know their prices are competitive and the service is outstanding. I know my car will be taken care of expertly.

Great new vehicle purchase

I had initially came in and spoke with a different client advisor the week prior to my purchase, at the time the vehicle I was interested was not available. Matthew Rivera reached out via internet sales and informed and when I asked about the Honda Accord Hybrid Touring, he informed me that it was available and scheduled an appointment. Upon arrival, the car was being looked at by other potential buyers, and he was more than helpful assisting us with the Honda Clarity we inquired about. We took it for a test drive, and realized it didn't have all the features I was looking for, he immediately looked to see if one was available per my request and it just so happened one was available in the exact same color and model I was looking for. So instead of a Honda Accord, I purchased the Honda Clarity. He was very patient with us and ensure all our questions were answered.

Terrible customer service; playing games

The other terrible reviews are completely accurate; wish I could give a 0-star rating. Tried contacting DCH Honda of Temecula for more information, as I was ready to purchase a new car. The email sent by John Wall in Internet Sales stated they would show how they "deliver customer happiness". When I replied to his email, he proceeded to tell me to come in before I would get any help. I let him know I was coming from out of town, and would make the long drive if I at least had a ballpark idea of pricing. His response was "Well thanks for your email." I'm not interested in playing their dishonest games.

HIGH BAR FOR CYSTOMER SERVICE - NO EQUAL

Internet Sales Specialist J D Mendoza is a bonafide SUPER STAR!!! He gives customers his personalized attention and really goes the extra mile with a smile. It doesn’t stop after he makes the sale, either. He is a class act all the way. Earnest, honest, no games. You can trust what he tells you. A rare and special individual who deserves recognition. The dealership is fortunate to have J D on their team. We are grateful for every special thing he did.

An Unexpected extra charge on contract.

PLEASE READ - READ - READ YOUR CONTRACT BEFORE SIGNING IT. I expect fair and honest business practice from a known brand, not an unexpected FINAL selling price that I was not informed of beforehand, even when I asked, i.e. extra paint protection, extra security...ect...... adding up to thousands of dollars after the fact.

Buyers Beware

General Manager Kelly Schmidt and Service Manager Chris Johnson apparently do not believe in honoring Honda factory or extended warranty’s purchased on new Honda Civics w/less than 12,000 mi. Claim “wear and tear” voids the warranty????
