Service with a smile, by the most professional staff I have experienced at a car dealership. This place has a great positive buzz too it. Everyone I interacted with seemed genuinely happy to be at work. They want you as a life long customer, and you want to be their customer 100%. Excellent Service
I went in to the Tuttle click Ford service department for him oil change. The quality of service I got for exceeded my expectations. Oscar was a gentleman to work with. He made sure my car was in and out in a timely fashion

Still lacking in...
Communication between service representative. Again had to call in to check on status of vehicle as it was in service all day. Was getting close to service department time and had no clue if car was going to be ready the day I brought in or was going to stay over night. Ended up staying over night.

Quick drop in service for tires and oil
Stopped in to get a car wash and decided to get tires rotated and oil changed. They were able to squeeze me in in about 90 minutes performed a diagnostic and fluid check as well as tire tread and brake inspection.
