This dealership is awesome. I took my car in for an oil change and the service was great. My service provider was very professional and helpful. The Lyft service provided was so convenient, which worked great because my office is close by.

We came in for an oil change and left with a wash also. Everyone was easy to work with and friendly. They even offered a “lift” home so that I didn’t have to wait

Not customer friendly
I arrived inside at the dealership 10 minutes before my appointment and was told that they were not open yet. I then waited until 15 minutes after my appointment before I was checked in. The service writer told me the recall repair would take about 2 hours. By my calculation that meant 9:30-10:00 give or take. I told the service writer that I needed the car by 11:00 no fail as I had to get to the airport by noon. I was told that it shouldn’t be a problem. At 10:30 I was called and told that the car would not be ready until 1:00. Too late. Had to call UBER. FAIL!

Back up camera issue
I brought my MKX in for an issue with the back up camera. Met with Dan Smith and after assessing the problem, he explained that the camera needed to be replaced. There wasn’t one at the dealership so he had one ordered. He worked with us throughout to get the issue fixed and have the car back to us as quickly as possible. We requested that the car be picked up, which it was and Dan had it back to us in the same day. Top notch service on his part and that of the service team at Tuttle Click.

Customer Service..???
I brought my 2015 Explorer for oil change, other service and recall. I asked my Service Rep for a military discount and he said he will tell the cashier. The service was done except for the recall- no parts available. I went to the cashier which don’t even acknowledge my present because he was busy. By the time he had time for me I asked and reminded him if he gave me my discount because the bill was different from what my rep told me. He told me “yes”. I alerted my rep and he went back to talk to the cashier and the bill was not change. To me the cashier seemed like he doesn’t have time for me because he doesn’t even look at me while processing my bill and he was busy doing other paper works. My bill was not rectified and not even a thank you was given by the cashier. CUSTOMER SERVICE?????
