Love the dealership even though my car seems to be a lemon

Everyone I have dealt with at Turtle Click has been fantastic: friendly, helpful, knowledgeable....the only issue that I have is that I have had my 2017 Escape for less than 2 years and I have had more problems with it than I had with my 2005 Escape with 140,000 miles on it! I have had to take the car in several times since I purchased it, which seems very strange to me since it’s a NEW car!!!! I honestly feel like I was sold a lemon!! It is frustrating and while I am giving the dealership, as a whole, 5 stars, I am quite annoyed when I have to take the car in!!! Also, I have thought that I was sold the car because someone knew it was a problem!! I understand that there will be some issues here and there but really, this seems excessive!!!

John Rufino fleet manager just gets it done ✅

So happy with this dealership I have a 2004 f250 diesel 6.0 the fleet manager John Rufino got me in right away and diagnosed the problem they took care of business took time to inform me that Ford had a program improving the Original equipment parts for the 6.0 Diesel engines I was very impressed with that! My truck is running extremely well and I couldn’t be happier thanks a bunch to Johns team at Tuttle-Click Ford Irvine.

Recall

I was told that there are no available parts. I was not provided when the parts will arrive. I had to ask for recommendations. I was advised to try calling in two weeks to find out .

Incompetent

For the 2nd time in a month I had my Mustang back at this location......they had my vehicle for another two weeks and after picking to up again this morning the work hadn’t been done and is still exactly the same as the day it first went in a month ago when they had it for a week. They don’t call you to let you know what’s going on and I was chasing them always and having to make contact with them to get any answers. I spoke with Paul in the service department who was useless and dishonest, Dan who apparently is a manager in the service department who was also dishonest and never gave a straight answer and then finally the manager Patrick who promised to handle the issues for me and not once in 4 days did he contact me and was also dishonest and unprofessional. I’m now in a situation that I have a car that is still as bad as the day it went in and now am in a situation where the only way to handle this is to seek legal advice on how to get this sorted out. Stay away......I beg you to take your money elsewhere and do NOT buy of take your car to this dealership for anything!!!!! You will regret it and don’t put yourself in a position to get screwed around by these guys. The place should shut its doors and not be allowed to operate under these type of circumstances offering such poor service and being more dishonest than anyone I’ve dealt with in business before!!!!!

Very friendly and helpful.

I love and I am enjoying driving my Ford Fiesta 2013 since purchasing early this year (2018) and have been very happy with the service received at Tuttle-Click.

Brett in Service is Great!

Finally! A service representative who knows and delivers quality customer service. I hope Ford can keep him. Brett understood what my car needed and quoted he could get me in and out right away, then did. Same thing when I had to return the following week for a recall on our other Ford car. He has professional follow up skills that make you feel you and your car business are important to them. I put him in the same league as Brandon Jacobson in sales - QUALITY SERVICE. BTW, this site you have me filling in this information on is not updated in the personnel section.

Very convenience, polite & excellent services

I love this dealership, services is excellent and Jack the service writer is very helpful. I live in Newport Coast and is very convenience for my 2 Lincoln to do the service and repair at this store.

Not a happy experience with a lease buyout

After a good experience leasing this car years ago, when we returned for the lease buyout encountered difficulty. Numerous calls to set a lease buyout appointment went unreturned. finally, our appointment day arrived, we called to confirm, the lease buyout agent was unavailable, because the Dealer's owner's daughter needed assistance we were rescheduled without notice to the following day. We were then asked if we wanted a new lease with no money down for the same payment when we said we'd be interested only hours later to find out it was on one car at Double the monthly payment what a waste of time

It took loooooong time

I left my car on Friday early morning.It’s around 7:30am. I didn’t get a phone call from them on the day. Then, I went there on Saturday around 11:00am. But still my car wasn’t ready. A cashier guy said “Come back around 3:00pm.” So I went back around 4:00pm. Still they didn’t fix my car. I told them that how long I was waiting for my car. Finally, the tech boss checked my car. I waited another 30minutes. Finally I got my car fixed. When I got my key, the tech guy said “just changed the battery.” I have no idea why they took so much time for just changing the battery. Eventually, I waited for my car for 2 days. In the mean time, no one contacted me. I mean no one told me why it took so much time. I can’t beleive and won’t come back again.
