Almost a perfect experience

I came on a Saturday morning and staff was courteous, cheerful and helpful. But not being used to your service protocol, it appeared a little understaffed and disorganized. It worked out well, and not a major concern on my part, but there were three or four of us waiting for the next available service guy with no order about it, just, have a seat and someone will be with you. I think we were all taken in order, but there was no central point that monitored how the flow was being managed.

Love the quality of service and the waiting area.

Always have a great experience with the service. I bought my Ford Edge here in 2008 and since then i only had my car serviced here except when i went to Michigan which i also had an excellent experience with the service they had provided.

The service advisor is very helpful and detailed. He updated me on the car status every day and explained issues to me . Im very very satisfied.
