I had the most wonderful salesperson. I've been looking for a vehicle, I knew what I was looking for and made inquiries about a few vehicles. I met with the salesman at Ford, he was absolutely great. We were able to purchase the car I wanted, at the rate, price, and trAde. Overall, best car buying experience I've had. Thanks Mike!

The best service I've had. period.
My service advisor, Paul, was exceptionally helpful and always did a great job of keeping me up to date with what was going on. One of the best service experiences I've ever had from any manufacturer. I will exclusively come to Paul for my service needs at Ford.

Simple and No pressure
John R.the fleet manager and Mechelle in finances were very patient and kept everything very simple for me to understand as this was my first time buying a new car. They seemed to have my best interests in mind and I didn't feel pressured to sign anything I didn't want to. John even let me borrow his phone to switch my insurance, helped me answer questions with them, and sat patiently while I was on hold for 20+ minutes :)

Great customer service
Dean had done an excellent job at the desk, Michelle was awesome at getting paperwork done in finance, and my salesman was able to get the car from the other store with out me waiting for a long time or me having to go to the other store. I was in and out of the dealership super fast and didnt have to deal with being around all day.

Great service.
We brought our vehicle in for a reoccurring problem. The other 2 times we brought in for the problem were within the 12 month warranty period for a certified used vehicle. This time, the vehicle had fallen outside the 12 month period. Since the first 2 times were within the warranty period and the problem still persisted, the service manager agreed to resolve under the 12 month warranty period at no cost to us.

I came in on Saturday without an appointment and Janey took care of everything! Got me into a loaner car. had my car fixed, good as new by Monday afternoon. This was a great experience.

Good customer service
I was greeted immediately upon driving into the service area and escorted to my service advisor Paul Parsons. (Very nice person) Paul explained everything to me and gave me good advice on the care of my car. I had a comfortable place to sit with wi fi to study. When my car was ready a young lady found me and sent me to the cashier with my paperwork rather than shouting out my name from across the showroom.
