Nice, friendly, no pressure, answered all our questions, got to know us a bit. Good customer service. You have terrific ambassadors for your dealership. Liked the fact you had decaf coffee too.

Great purchase experience!

The Friendliness of staff, professionalism of each department we were referred to and the overall outstanding representation of your dealership by our sales associate, John. He is very personable and knowledgeable of the Ford & Lincoln products. He took time to explain the features of the car and made sure we were comfortable with our selection. Great Quick Service!

-Easy/safe overnight drop off. Very well lit. -Great communication from Service Manager, Michael Towels. Mike very clearly communicated to me the things that needed to be done/replaced to my car vs. the things they recommended I might want to do to my car. -The fact that Mike Towels texted me and the ability to text him back. He also phoned me as well, but I do prefer texting because you can always reference a text vs. a phone call. -You guys washed my car! LOVE THAT! THANK YOU!!! -Easy pick up/cashier check out. -Great new remodeled facility.

Great Everything

You staff is so helpful and supportive. I had tried a few times at Kemp Ford to get the problem resolve with no results just a blank stare and "no we can't do it." Thank you for the best experience at a dealership in my life!!!!! My brakes are the best they have ever been!!!!

Best Dealership ive dealth with

The staff at TC is always amazingly friendly and attentive. Typically at a car dealership you get one or the other but not both under one roof.
