service and politeness the building is out of this world, the people go out of their way to see if you want or need any thing. even though I was only there for a oil change what a place it was great

Easy leasing process

My dealings with both Cam and Anthony were very pleasant. They were both very knowledgable, and provided me with excellent service. Cam came in on his day off to ensure that the financing went smoothly, he walked me through the features on the car, and was a consumate professional overall.

No hassle, fair offer, nice staff.

Sales manager no hassle to get me a good interest rate and payment. He made it so easy for me to say yes. Recovering from a loss in my job 3 years ago, I suffered some credit issues. I just recently secured employment which they used in their consideration, as well as my past car payment history. This allowed me the option to purchase the car. No other dealer (hyundai, Kia) would offer me an affordable payment and interest rate. I am very happy with my new car and my experience at Ford. I have never owned a Ford and I am a proud owner. Thank you.

Proactive Service Department

The service department is proactive. You get calls about the status of repairing you vehicle rather than having to call them. Mike was very helpful in answering questions and showing me information about my car.

Great personal service

Paul was polite, professional and very informative about the issues with my Escape. I usually deal with Brian who is also excellent, knowledgeable about my vehicle and makes sure the service is completed as quickly as possible.

Very Pleased With Service Dept

Very professional and efficient service writer. Quick completion of required recall service. Great waiting area with very nice amenities. Car wash was a very nice finishing touch.

Great Service!

Made an appointment for oil change, etc. with Paul Parsons. He gave me the cost and said I would be out in about an hour. The cost and time were met exactly. He is an excellent employee and all employees were nice to me.
