Great team work

My service advisor Paul P. was great about providing me with updates while my vehicle was in for service. When I arrived Michael from the quick lube greeted me and started my paperwork since Paul was with another customer. I was early for my appointment, I appreciated the fact that the whole team was willing to help me with my service appointment.

Great service!

Welcomed by Mike Towles in service, even though he was not the assigned contact, and immediately registered and taken care of....used computer to idendify car and needed items and made sure that the shuttle was available ASAP. Could not have been more pleased with the response.

Great Service/Awesome Facility

Everyone is very efficient, pleasant, professional, and really cares about your experience. I love the new waiting area and cafe. I also like the free car wash at the end of my service.

Great service, clean environment

Both John in Sales and Joe in Finance were very pleasant to work with and explained things every step of the way through the process. Very pleased with that.

Excellent service

Car was delivered by the estimated time. Brian, the service manager, also noticed a burnt out brake light before I left and took the time to get it replaced.

Professional, great, customer wait friendly

I had several timing issues on when I was able to pick up my car. He was able to have my car done long before promised and it saved me a lot of extra hassle. He had my car ready AND washed before I got there. He was very friendly and professional.

Great service, Clean new showroom/waiting area

Friendly service agent and prompt service. Appreciated the service agent anticipating that the service for a recall might take a while and reserved a loaner car so I was on the road quickly.

Great service

I've only been to Tuttle Click Ford twice and the last time I was there was after they were completely finished with remodeling. My boyfriend and I weren't sure where to go so we walked up to the service manager and he pointed us in the right direction. We had an appointment with a specific employee but since she was busy someone else helped us instead. We dropped off my car, signed some papers, and were on our way within five minutes. As it turned out, I had to get my clutch replaced and the whole process took approximately three business days. I received a phone call stating what the issue was and that the part had already been ordered and two days later my car was good to go. I love that the employees are extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and get back to you quickly. I've gone to other ford dealerships and no one else has come close to providing the same customer service. I won't go anywhere else ever again :)

Great Service with CNG Vehicle

I had a problem and complained in this survey. The service Director took my complaint seriously and kindly corrected the problem to my satisfaction. That attention to my needs gained my loyalty.

Great Service Team

I felt like I was family and my safety, my family's safety and best interests were being considered in decisions made to service my vehicle. I appreciated that Mike G. (my mechanic) looked at every scenario with regard to my truck, and offered helpful input regarding making repairs vs selling it. John R. took time to really listen to all the problems I wanted addressed and he made sure it all got done (he didn't miss a thing!). He even found the beginnings of a rust spot up high on my truck (where I am too short to see), which he made certain was corrected.
