Great Service
Paul Parsons is a Great Customer Service person - he listened to me, found out options to address the cars problems and made recommendations. He kept me updated on the situation with my car as he worked with his manager to provide funding to help address the transmission issues my 2010 Fusion was having. Excellent service person that I will recommend to all my friends.

Best Ford dealership experience I have had
Very friendly service advisor, when I arrived, there was two (what I am assuming to be) lot Porters in the quick lane isles. I asked "where do I go for quick lane service?" and he said "let me show you" and walked with me the whole way inside, held the door open for me, and made sure that I had someone help me before he left. Very nice. I was on my lunch break, and the entire experience took about an hour which is not bad at all. Very nice! I forgot my service advisors name on this visit but he was awesome and thank you so much!

Wonderful (and painless) Experience!!
Rex was very easy to work with! He never made us feel pressured to make any decision and was very quick to respond back to any email and phone call. I'm very happy with my new Ford Explorer!! In fact, my husband plans on bringing his sister down to look at Explorers too (with Rex of course!)

Impressive and clean facility & friendly personnel
Nice clean facility and I didn't have to wait for service personnel when I arrived. Also my car was ready when it was supposed to be.
