Very good at working for the customer.

Paul was very good at getting things done and keeping me informed with the progress on the service on my truck. He worked well for customer service.

The whole experience of trading in my Flex and leasing my new Explorer was so easy and fast. Tim the leasing/sales person was just the best, he took the time to answer all my questions. I would refer all my friends to Tuttle Click

Great service

Had oil change, etc. on my 2013 Escape. Had a reservation and everything was on time, took one hour as I was told and no extra costs. Paul Parsons of Tuttle-Click Ford was my contact and was very knowledgable and friendly.

Super service and knowledgeable service rep.

The service rep. was awesome. He vaccumed the inside of my car for me...that is above and beyond what I expected. The shuttle drivers were very polite and kind also. Couldn't ask for better service.

A+ service rep. Robert's friendliness and helpfulness made me feel quite safe to bring my beautiful Explorer in for service. Long day and everyone stayed to take care of me.

I came in at closing, everyone stayed very late to do the deal. I knew what I wanted and they quickly put everything together. I appreciate their accommodating me.

Friendly Serivce

I really like how your adviser Janie took the time to show me around the waiting room. And she would come and let me know how my car was doing and how long till it was done. I had bad experience in the one in San Juan Capistano. And was not willing to go to dealerships any more but I will defiantly will be back to your dealership :) thanx
