Oil change

Service Writer Janey Neuenswander is a Fantastic Service Rep. for your dealership. Very quick to get my Escape into the shop for a oil-change and I was gone in an hour. Great Job!

Great Buying Experience

First off, just a great dealership... I've bought cars there and work with the service folks... Customer Service is NOT a lost art with this team. Jim Follmer and Cam Nance made the buying experience awesome and easy. Working with Gianna in financing was also so easy. She is extremely good at her job and again, made the buying experience a great one. Great Team effort!!

Great service!

Service Rep.Paul.....very professional & great follow-through with promise to keep me informed on progress of repair. Nice waiting area with "cafe" with good food and coffee. Car washed when picked up.

Great Sales and Staff from the GM down. Everyone.

Felt very comfortable and that I was in good hands. The guys were working hard to get me the best possible deal and I felt confident.

Great service

They helped me right away and called me when my car was ready.Usually it takes all day and never get a call i have to call them but this time they called me and was ready in 3 hours

Courteous honest service

Courteous quick service. You let me fax a few pages while I was waiting. All personnel were helpful. Lastly, you did not try to sell me unneeded work.

Excellent Service, attentive Service Personel.

Service advisor (Michael) explained my repair very throughly and answered all my questions. It was the best experience I could have had, considering I spent almost $3,000. Gulp.

Great Service, exceeded expectatoins

Everything...the service manager arranged for both an oil change and did some recall work at the same time and got the vehicle completed in one day. The car was washed and the communication was top notch.

Great facility. Staff is wonderful.

Stress-free smog certification

I appreciate the courtesy shuttle ride to work while waiting for service. I like bringing my truck to a dealer that I can trust. I liked Stephanie explaining what to expect and keeping me informed.
