Sales guy wasn't pushy. Have me plenty of time.

Had a great sales guy George that helped me get to my decision of buying the car that day. The finance lady I had almost made me not want to buy the car because she told me how the car will probably break down and that's why I needed to buy the extended warranties.

My whole experience was completely satisfying. From first contact on the internet through taking delivery of one Lincoln and ordering a second was friendly, professional and extremely enjoyable

Great Service and Wonderful Salespeople

I had two Salespersons assist with the transaction, and both were great (Kevin Hanaway & Tim McCormick). They found me the exact care we wanted and gave me a great discount. They were knowledgeable and professional.

That everybody was knowable, friendly, and gave me updated status on my car. My car was done on time and clean. I will always use this dealership for service of my car.

Service

Your service rep was excellent. He explained everything in detail and got all the work done in the time frame that he had outlined. The Escape runs like a top and I couldn't be happier. I would rate Paul Parsons as an excellent representative. Keep up the good work.

Loved the newly remodeled facility.

Loved that you were able to pick me up from my home and take me back to the dealership to pick up my car. Great customer service. Did not have to bother someone else to take me. I loved that. Everything went smoothly with the recall repair and oil change/alignment.

Great friendly service. Nice new facility.

I made appt. at Ford website for oil change. I arrived on time, checked in, settled in, shot off a couple e-mails. Car was ready, washed. I was on my way. Bada boom. A well oiled machine. Both my car and your dealership. Thanks.

Top Notch Customer Service and we LOVE our Fusion

Everyone treated us so very well, especially Mr. Redersheid. He answered all of our questions and explained how each type of hybrid or electric car worked and benefits of each. He got us a good price and did a perfect job ordering up the car we really wanted for our family. We are already recommending him and our Fusion to all of our friends and family.
