Helpful and courteous employees, new facility

Jaynee was very friendly and explained everything that would be happening to my Escape. I was given a phone call to keep me up dated on the repairs to my car. I had a coolant leak and my warranty covered it. I have used the service department for over 15 years business and personal. Dan Smith the service manager has always been helpful.

Great customer service and knowledgeable staff

The sales staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I did not feel pressured into making a decision and they answered all of my questions to my complete satisfaction.

The Ford Explorer Buying Experience

The sales team was terrific. They know the product and encouraged me to call if I have questions about the operation of the Explorer which I consider to be a very high technology vehicle.

Survey Re Sales

I was just browsing for cars, but both salesmen treated me as if I was buying a car anyways. I also felt liked that the salesmen were not pushy. They gave me space to look at the cars.

good service

Didn't have to wait very long at all for my routine maintinance service. Paul Parsons my service rep always remembers my name and come to think of it he remembers a lot of various customers names when they come in. I saw it as I was waiting for my car. I was impressed.

Calvin and the sales team were fantastic they were very informed on the truck I bought there was no pressure and I had a good time they worked hard for me this is the 3rd car I have bought from them in the last 2 years

I was left alone

Calvin Auyeung the sale person I first met him when he sold me my E250 Van July 13, 2005. He was the reason why I came back to Tuttle Click to buy my first electric car. He was as helpfull, patient and pleasent as I meet him 9 years ago.

Ford F-150 Platinum Purchase

Our friend John Rufino introduced us to Tim McCormick and he asked us to describe the vehicle we wanted. Tim listened to our requirements and showed us what was available. We selected the vehicle of choice and negotiated a great deal. Your staff was awesome.

Great internet dept

The numbers that John had sent via email were the same when i went into the dealership. Pat who showed me the the Edge was very helpful and knowledgeable.
