There was a $2,000 Ford Incentive. I was there March 31. I could have purchased the car that day! When I told him that I would come back latter because we wanted to think.....he said no problem. We spoke to him and he lead us to believe that the deal was still good. I made an appointment with him and said ok lets do it. Upon signing the contract at the very end I noticed the $2,000 was no longer on it. I said hey what happened. The manager said the deal expired March 31. I said no one said anything about the deal changing! The manager then said they didn't know when the deals started and stopped till it happens. However on another dealers page they not only showed incentives for 2011 , 2012, 2013. They showed when sales start when they end . They flat out lied. They thought we were stupid and were relying on us just signing without looking> Hustle....... READ WHAT YOU SIGN>>>>>>HUSTLE CITY

In late September 2011, I purchased a pre-owned Prius from Irvine Tuttle Click Ford. I did so because I was beginning to doubt the reliability of my 2005 PT Cruiser. As part of the deal, I requested that they install an after-market sun roof and tint the windows. They adamantly told me which windows could not be tinted by law, and I agreed to abide by that. Nothing further was said about the sun roof installation. Shortly after I received my Prius back after the modifications were made, my battery went dead. I had to have AAA jump start my car and then I had to take off work and drive the car up and down the freeway to get the battery fully recharged. Then I went to the Toyota dealership because my dashboard was not displaying. They reset the system and preformed diagnostics that indicated that my battery was not defective. About two weeks later, the battery was dead again. The Toyota dealership informed me that after-market sun roofs should not be installed on hybrid vehicles, and this was why my battery kept dying. This was the first I had heard of this, as Tuttle Click Ford had not mentioned this! I now had an unreliable, compromised automobile. I called George Youssef, who couldn't take my call. When he did return my call, he offered two solutions: that he would charge and/or replace my battery. Neither of these options would work because my battery would not sustain a charge and it wasn't defective. It was then that I lost all confidence in Tuttle Click Ford. But I still needed a reliable vehicle so I purchased a second Prius. It was the better deal: I have had no issues with the second Prius. But now I have almost $40,000 total consideration ($12,750 down payment, $4,500 trade in and $22,000 loan) for a 2010 Prius with 36,000 miles. I have sent correspondence to Tuttle Click Ford indicating that I am not pleased with this situation. They have not responded, so I feel compelled to report my experience.

We ordered a new Focus in July...picked up our car end of Sept. Exactly as we ordered and we LOVE LOVE LOVE it. It was my best experience buying a new car. All staff friendly, helpful and not pushy. I was dreading the experience as I have had very forceful people in the past. Your staff is well versed, helpful and I cannot say enough about your rep Waseem Odeh. He always answered my calls (I live far away part time and that can make it difficult if someone doesn't answer promptly.) He was ALWAYS HELPFUL, cheerful, nice, polite and honestly...just the nicest guy. You have a true gentleman and wonderful employee in Waseem and I hope you value that. He is a true asset to Tuttle Ford! We extended the warranty and I expect only good things from your dealership! thanks..patty gaede flener 714-866-7512

The overall service received is good. They do what they say they will do and I've never had a problem with re-work on repairs they have done. I've been taking cars there since I first moved into the area in 1980 when it was owned by someone else. So I trust them to get the job done. There are several things to watch out for. They overcharge for just about everything, for example, Ford Mustang OEM brake pads listed for $99 but they wanted $129, their service department wanted $900 for a 4 wheel brake job and $600 to change hoses on our V6 Mustang which was way high and you can get these services done for less money elsewhere. When I shopped parts prices for a Ford radiator for a Mustang, they were one of the most expensive by a wide margin so check central orange county dealers for part prices. Also, they will try and pad the bill with maintenance extras that are not in the owners manual as being required but that's true of most dealers in the area, you just have to stand firm on doing what it required by the manufacturer of the car and nothing else unless you want that work done. Keep in mine that typically, Service Advisors are commissioned so it's there job to sell you on these extras.
