Pay attention to the details

I went in for a routine oil change and wanted to have a few things inspected which I called ahead about only to be told they couldn?t inspect anything because they were 2 - 3 days behind on work. The service guy tells me to call back later next week rather then trying to set an appointment for me right there and then . This time around service was not that great.

Customer Service disaster from start to finish.

Customer Service disaster from start to finish. I tried to schedule simple maintenance via phone with their scheduler. She could not answer any of my questions, did not know how long my repair would take, and was pretty useless. I found out they use a call center in Las Vegas, so they have no insight into the particular Infiniti location. She said to ask for Chris when I arrived. On 3/10/23 I arrived and asked for Chris, who was not working that day. I was assigned to Jeffrey N. who was very slow and had to ask another employee how to do everything. He did not know the cost of my services, or how to access my CarMax warranty data that was in their database, or how long I would have to wait. I asked for the complimentary car wash/vacuum. I was kept waiting over 3 hours. They did not have a part I needed, no repairs were done, so I have no idea what took 3 hours. I have to come back again next week - inconvenient. At one point he said my car was done, he just needed to fill out some paperwork and he would come get me. 30 minutes later I went to the front desk and he looked surprised to see me. No respect for your time and no sense of urgency. Car was not washed or vacuumed as I requested. Infiniti called on Monday to see how my service was and I told them it was terrible. She said the service manager, Linda, would call me shortly. Wednesday, I got a call from Infiniti reminding me of my follow-up appointment on 3/17/23, I told her I had to cancel and asked when Linda would call me. She said she would ask her to call me. 20 minutes later I got another call from Eric reminding me of my 3/17 appointment, which I had just cancelled! I asked why he was also calling me. He had no idea. Still no call from Linda. I really don't want to ever come back here. I don't trust that they are taking care of my car properly.

2009 Lexus ES350

Almost smooth no haggle purchase. Wasn't thrilled with the add-on theft prevention cost. This wasn't included in the out-the-door quote I received in my email. Service was exceptional and they worked with me to insure I drove the car home the same day. Follow-up service exceptional also.

The service I received was bad.

The service I received was bad. They didn't fix my problem and lied about what they did do. When I asked to trade my car in, they took my information and never called.me back.

Great service

Tustin Infinity agreed to invesitgate and repair a faulty installation completed by a prevous dealership that has gone out of business. I was treated as a valued customer from the onset. All members of their service department were top knotch!

Great Service from Chris, at Auto Nation Infiniti.

My car broke down on the way to work down in South OC. Mission Viejo Infiniti was not operating at the time, and a few other service stations couldn?t repair my vehicle. AAA towed my QX56 to Tustin AutoNation Infiniti for my first experience there. Chris took great care of me! I still needed to get to work that day, so Chris helped me in a timely manner and got me a LYFT to work. I was relieved that my car was being taken care of and I could get to work. I received an explanation of repairs needed through text along with a video from their mechanic, which was nice. All questions and communications were prompt and clear from Chris. I had requested additional repairs that were needed, on top of the original reason my car broke down. I had a family mountain road trip and needed my car back within 6 days and it was all finished in 5. The complimentary loaner car is very convenient! My vehicle repairs were all good. They asked if I wanted new windshield wipers and I said yes. They did not replace the rear windshield wiper so that surprised me. But overall I had a great experience at this location and my 4 x 4 performance was great in the latest blizzard mountain vacation, so all the maintenance was very helpful! Thanks, Chris and the others for great service!
