Waseem was great!

Waseem was great! Extremely helpful and answered all my questions I had before making the choice to trade my vehicle in. I like that he was honest and a straight shooter. If you are wanting to either trade your vehicle in or purchase a new one, the staff at Tustin Infiniti will take great care of you.

What an amazing car buying experience at AutoNation

What an amazing car buying experience at AutoNation Infiniti. Our salesman Aiman Mousa went above and beyond in helping get the car we were looking for. We showed up 10 minutes before the dealership closed but we were not rushed at all. They stood an additional 4 hours to ensure we got what we wanted and at no time did we feel rushed or pressured into buying a vehicle. The entire team were amazing and we’ll continue to purchase our vehicles from this location. Truly Amazing!

Never buy or service a car here

Please do not buy a car or service your car here. This is by far the worst dealership I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. We bought our car from here and it was the absolute worst buying experience of my life. They lied about features on the car, they ran our credit after we were already pre-approved, they said they would fix it and never did, they lied about the service plan details, they lied about the type of gas the car used, and they had to redo the finance paperwork like 4 times keeping us there till 10pm. As part of that we bought a service plan, so now we're basically forced to get our car serviced there since it's an Autonation service plan. Every single time I've brought the car in for service there has been a problem. I once brought the car in for basic service, they suggested I get their preferred service. I agreed to it. After I got the bill, I realized they had charged me for the entire service, including things covered by our prepaid service plan. It took multiple phone calls arguing with them and even showing their own website to them for them to finally refund the things they shouldn't have charged me for. The last time I was in for service, I asked them to inspect my moonroof because it was broken. They said it was a warranty fix and that they will order the parts and call me to come in....I never got a call. Over the course of about 6 months I called them multiple times asking for updates, never getting a call back. I finally called about a week ago and they said the parts just happened to be in stock. They said it would take a day, possibly two days to install. I have Thur-Sat off, so I scheduled it for early Thursday morning expecting it to be done by Friday. I dropped the car off and was told by the service advisor that they would be texting me throughout the whole service giving me updates, they even confirmed my phone number. I haven't heard a single thing from the dealership. I've had to call them four times, two times having to leave a voicemail and never hearing back from them. I called them yesterday on Friday and was told they probably won't have it done until Monday or Tuesday...So apparently they just thought I wouldn't care that I wouldn't have my car for 6 days when it was only supposed to be 1-2? And then they didn't even offer a loaner vehicle. It's not like I have a job or anything So now I'm sitting here with no car, no calls or texts from them, no idea when I'll get my car back and just tried calling a few minutes ago and again got a voicemail.

Service consultant, Jeffery, was immediately available

Service consultant, Jeffery, was immediately available when I arrived for my 9am appointment. We agreed on the work to be done. I was impressed with the video of the required repairs. Being a 9 year vehicle, some repairs were a bit extensive and expensive, but necessary. I had to leave my car for two nights. That was not a problem for me. When I picked up my car, all current repairs and future recommended ones were explained. Overall experience was satisfactory, but cost was high as expected,, even with a thoughtful discount (senior).

Oil. Change

Took a while approximations at 4 hours.....otherwise a great experience. There is a huge shopping center nearby
