Had the privilege on working with Mark Sanchez and I?m short of words on how outstanding my buying experience was. Mark was courteous, professional and timely on his response with my online inquiry. Straight forward and completely transparent with the vehicle. By the time I drove to the dealership to test drive the vechile was already detailed and prep ready for me to bring the vehicle home. What set these team apart was a week later I received an email again from Mark Sanchez just to check on things and make sure I?m completely happy with the vehicle or if I have any questions regarding the vehicle. Honestly I hate the car buying process it feels always so slimy and everyone is just out to try and screw you over from the sales guy to the sales manager to of course the finance manager. But you know what there is hope again for me I can’t believe it. From the moment I stepped foot I was greeted by the nicest person Eli and at that point I knew I was in good hands. Eli has to be the kindest and most genuine sales person I have ever met in my life. He really did want what was in our best interest. Then he brings out the sales manager Fred! First thought in my head great I got to hear some stupid sales pitch on why my trade in isn’t worth anything and some stupid low ball amount. Nope far from! He politely asked if he can take some pictures and test drive the car. Fast forward now Eli and Fred comes back after we run credit and I was like great now they are going to give us the I need X amount down because of blah blah blah. But no!!! He was like let’s make it work what can you do I told him what I could do and he pulled his strings to make it happen! Now moving on to the finance manager I really can’t stand them try and sell me every warranty under the sun. But nope Edgar was just so real about it all didn’t force me to buy it and try and make me feel bad like oh you don’t buy it what if this and this and all this crap. Look let’s just put it this way when I’m in the market for a car again this will be the first dealer I check to see if they have what I’m looking for and if they don’t I will ask and see if they can get it as simple as that! Look for Eli sales! Then ask to work with Fred sales manager and of course Edgar for your financing I promise you promise!!! You won’t regret it!

Fili was very patient and kind. We basically communicated via text. I liked a Q50 from Woodland Hills. He brought it to Tustin Infinite for me to test drive. Tai took me on a test drive. He was very pleasant, and Edgar helped me with the financial side of it. Edgar made me laugh as we did the paperwork . I was in and out the door with my car within 2 hours. Great sales team.
