The purchase of the vehicle was good, the experience

The purchase of the vehicle was good, the experience after the purchase was not so good. Bought a four year old used car that was quoted as perfect condition with a AN Infinity dealer warranty and once I bought the car found a few issues - called the AN Infinity dealership on the second day after purchase and they suggested that I go to the dealership of the make of the vehicle (Acura) for warranty work. Made an appointment and took the car to the Acura dealership said that prior repairs to the car were not done correctly and it would not be covered under warranty. Brought it back to the AN Infinity and they said sorry but 5 business days includes weekends since we are open - however their service department is not open on Sundays. Then they said they would not cover the warranty items because it was not an Infinity and I should go back to Acura and pay for the repairs. Sad, as this is why used car dealerships get a bad wrap - they wash their hands of any customer after the sale especially if the car is of a different make. I will work with Acura on the repairs and I will bring them my future business.

Further conversation with GM did not provide a positive outcome. She was only interested in me changing my review before she would do anything to resolve the issues. I was not willing to let them take my car to another dealership 60 miles away for them to "split the cost" of the repairs. It should be covered under the warranty that they provided in the purchase. That is why I bought from a dealership.

I had a great experience.

I had a great experience. All of the staff members I encountered were very kind and helpful. Thanks to Wendy, Nima, and Joseph for outstanding customer service! The facility itself was very clean. Complementary upscale expresso machine and some snacks really helped since I traveled about 1.5 hours from home. Overall, I highly recommend this dealership. Will definitely come back!

Jeffrey Nguyen was a great service advisor. I came in without an appointment for just an oil change but he was able to provide me with a loaner vehicle so that I could take care of my 185k service. Jeffrey kept me informed of the service status throughout the service. He is a pleasure to deal with.

Never Again !

I stopped in to look at a Ram 1500. I liked the truck, tried to explain to the salesman. This was my first stop and I wanted to check out a few other trucks. So he gets a girl who says she's the sales manager and asks me what they need to do to sell me the truck. I said lower the price, it has over 100K miles and had been sitting on 2 Autonation Lots for over 96 days. She wasn't going to lower the price and did let me know she has an appointment shortly to show the truck and If he doesn't want it that it was going to another AN dealership. Looking at her awful poker face it was an obvious lie . 96 days when I show up now they a have an appointment to show it. It was laughable. I did come back and what a surprise it was still there and hadn't been moved. I gave them my pre approval paperwork. Took the truck home that Sunday after 4 hrs of sitting around I even bought the over priced warranty after she lied about giving it to me at cost, again laughable. Then I get a call the following Friday saying they can't get me approved. So I said ok I'll bring it right back. I then asked if they could provide an Ubet to take me home. The finance guy said Sarah, the same supposed sales manager declined to provide a $ 16 Uber or any other way for me to get home. After letting me take the truck and then 5 days later telling me to bring it back. This would be common proffesional courtesy at any other dealership. The best part is the next day I went to Ken Grody Ford and bought a Brand New F150 at 3.9 % , It 12% on that used Ram Maybe you can higher someone to hold a best practices conference for your team. We'll. If you can't come up with $16 for an Uber I guess the staff won't get the help they need. Thank you for letting right a review.
