AutoNation INFINITI Tustin

The car was excellent. However, the sales manager, Eric, was reluctant to replace a damaged tire. There was the passenger front tire that had a gouge out of it and he said he would replace the one, but that would leave the front alignment out of balance. I asked him if they could replace both and he said flatly no. Very unprofessional and a severe lack of understanding. They need customer service training. Additionally, I left the car at the dealership and came back 2 hours later and there was damage to the back left side that wasn't there previously. Photos show it was clearly done when I had left to get a ride back. I asked if it could be looked at but they said "probably wouldn't fix it" Unbelievable! Simple requests that would make a highly satisfied client and promoter of your dealership. The car needed some minimal detailing and they said I would receive a call to bring it in for the ONE tire and the detailing. Still no call. There is a lack of follow through and professionalism. Would I recommend AutoNation? So far no good reasons Any assistance to remedy the situation would be appreciated. Thank you

The service team where super nice took their time to take care of my car told me exactly what was wrong with it and also took take of me by lending me a loaner car so I get work and home mean while they had my car in the service department they did not hesitate

The service was excellent. The waiting area was also nice, clean. They kept updating me every step of the process. Overall I am very happy with the service.

The staff were very attentive, friendly & made sure we were comfortable during our time waiting for our vehicle. We were offered coffee, water & snacks. Our vehicle was also given a complimentary car wash.
