The best dealership in orange county. I took my vehicle in for a oil change. Frank checked me in and got my QX50 taking care of including a wash, it took less then an hour. Frank really makes my trip to the dealership enjoyable. Thanks

Everything went smooth up until I sent my down payment on...

Everything went smooth up until I sent my down payment on August 19, 2021. Everyone was very attentive, very responsive, and Chris even did a Zoom appointment for me since I'm in Northern Cali. I spoke to Fred in finance on August 19th, and he confirmed receipt of paperwork they had since via FedEx and told me he would send copies via email. He also informed me that they would be in contact with my delivery information. After that conversation, I didn't hear from them unless I reached out. Fred is unresponsive, Chris was more responsive but could not provide any information on the delivery. About a week later I received a call from the delivery company that they were 20 mins away. I'm like this is the first I've received information on this, so I was lucky I was not in any work meetings at that time and was able to hitch a ride to meet them. Inside the car there was a folder, but it did not contain my signed paperwork. I've asked for it a few times since then and here we are almost a month later and no paperwork still. Also, the car had a few scratches and you can tell where they popped out a little dent. So please learn from my experience because I'm not confident I will be able to receive my paperwork. So at this point, I have no info on the warranty I purchased to protect the paint, but no clue who to call or contact regarding the scratches. So, you will have a better buying experience if you actually go into the dealership.

Gabriel P., my service advisor for several dealer encounters over time, has again provided an outstanding level of quality customer service. He always is focused on listening, acting and results. He IS the dealer brand reputation-bearer. He does it well. Mechanical work was done on time and the car was returned looking nicer than when it arrived at the dealer.

Frank Gutierrez was my service rep who was friendly, efficient, thorough and competent. He told me exactly what service my car needed, how long it would take and how much it would cost. Infiniti Tustin delivered exactly as promised!

No communication of follow up from Chris or Teddy. I...

No communication of follow up from Chris or Teddy. I bought a vehicle without seeing it or driving it. You would expect by making such a large purchase on trust and communication the dealership would let you know the process along the whole way and follow through. This was pretty much non existent unless I reached out several times for an update to just get blown off. Very disappointed in the customer service by these two individuals. Would not buy another vehicle from these two if you would like to know what's going on with your purchase. I will state though that the car was delivered and so far it seems to be what they stated.
