I took the car for service (oil change and filter
I took the car for service (oil change and filter replacement), they recommended tires and breaks service. I quoted them before hand at the Mini Crevier dealership in Santa Ana and it was half price, so I declined the service at Autonation Infiniti Tustin. This was probably the best decision I've made so far. Lesson learned: NEVER BUY A USED CAR FROM AUTONATION, they will tell you the car was inspected and in good condition, they never sent me the maintenance history. 3 months after the purchase: - Oil pan had to be replaced, the drain plug was covered with sealant. - Drive belt had to be replaced. This is a 60k miles maintenance task, I bought it with 75k and it hadn't been performed. I was lucki it didn't just snap when I took the car out of the dealership. - Fuel leak by the fuel tank. There was a noticeable fuel smell from the beginning. - Alternator and battery failure. Thank god all of these failed during the 90-day warranty period, but the battery and the drive belt came out of my pocket. I warned them about some jerking and weird noises (at the Autonation BMW Buena Park shop, that's where the people at Infiniti sent me) but they said everything was OK Let's fast forward to today: took the car to the Mini dealership in Santa Ana for the break pads, they immediately spotted the jerking in the car and the diagnosis was clutch and flywheel replacement, plus they discovered more stuff, right after I left the Infiniti dealership (were they supposedly made a multipoint inspection during the oil/filter service) - Broken Air Duct (this was visible as soon as you open the hood) - Lower Control Arm bushings cracked (this is where the noises came from) - Water Pump Pulley cracked. - Clutch and Flywheel replacement needed. This was the reason for the jerking at low speeds. So here I am, with a hefty bill of repairs that should have been covered by the Autonation warranty back in May, but they just decided to ignore these issues when I took the car for the alternator repair. By the way, no loaner or transportation was offered under the warranty after the alternator failure, the car spent more than 2 weeks at the Autonation BMW Buena Park. Again, never buy a used car from Autonation dealerships!!

Upper management issues
My experience was over all horrible. I had to contact multiple agencies the BBB auto my Insurance, complain on twitter till I got HQ. Then they only put up half the cost after my QX60 CVT had an error 10k miles out of warranty for something they never reported to me as a recall since they said they forgot to update me as the owner of a car I bought from them. They charged me 4k for a manufacture issue. This is a class actions lawsuit that Infiniti is in due to giving out Bad CVT transmissions and many of their cars. Please look this up prior to buying a QX60. The manager consistently ignored me. Joua cha and gave no real effort for customer service. I am not buying my next car from this place and I see why Infiniti stock is dying
