Service Mgr is A , but service operator is an F.
Service Manager William is awesome, customer centric, professional and dutiful. Service operator Sandra Butler was rude, short, and acted like she doesn't care. Furthermore Sandra overall was cold. Toward the end of our conversation, she practically hung up on me by saying, "okay bye" then click.

Expected service
Scheduling took longer than expected. It is like booking a doctor's appointment... It is one of those things that you have to make room on your schedule and plan as if you are going to the doctors. I've never purchased a service plan before this car, and believe me, don't think i would again. Normally you call your auto shop and they see you same day or next day. Or if you do it yourself, well, you control the schedule. Besides that, it came with a "complimentary car wash". It WAS complimentary, and also looked complimentary. The car was still dirty when i got it back, the rims, the body, the instrument panel and center console.... I had to wash it again! Service took about 1.5-2 hours, on a saturday at 10am,... and if i wanted a software update becasue it had a re-call, it would have been another estimated 2 hours... They said they normally had loaners but no, not that day. So now i have to go back another time, schedule another appointment, and do the re-call thing. But as the title said, it was expected.

Not impressed
We had to wait 3.5 hours to begin the paperwork to buy the car. Once we were signing all the paperwork there was a hard sell to get us to buy an extended warranty for an extra $6000. I had to say “no, I don’t want to buy an extended warranty” about 12 times. The salesman said he was going to fill up the car with gas while we waited but I guess he forgot. No big deal. Just don’t say you’re going to do something and then not follow through.

Infiniti customer service=bad
I brought my car in for routine maintenance on December 30 (holiday time). What should have taken a few hours ended up taking over 24! I received a call that the car was ready. When I arrived not only was the car not ready for pickup, I was also now late to a holiday dinner. I had my boyfriend give me a ride all the way to the dealership to pickup my car and it wasn?t even ready. They didn?t have a loaner for me so I needed a ride not only to dinner, but back to the dealership in the morning. Unacceptable.
