WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE WITH AUTO NATION INFINITI

It?s wonderful experience burying a new car from Auto Nation Infiniti of Tustin, CA. It?s a no pressure sales. People are very courteous, friendly and helpful. I was surprised to see that whole process were done in such a short time. Lease Manager Gil Navarro was very helpful, knowledgeable , courteous and professional. The price was amazing. I wish Auto Nation Infiniti and Gil all the best.

Very unprofessional. Employees are uneducated on how to...

Very unprofessional. Employees are uneducated on how to write up proper contracts and refuse to pay for their errors. I traded my leased vehicle in 2 months ago for a new 2019 vehicle. When I made the deal I specified I was trading in my car, "not returning it". I signed the paperwork, took the car and now 8 weeks later I get a bill for $3400 for excess mileage on my old car. I call my salesman and sales manager and they both admit it was an error and miscommunication on their part but yet refuse to waive the bill. Why would they expect me to pay a bill when they made an error? Never buy a car here unless you want to deal with unresolved issues. GM Zayn at this time still refuses to resolve the issue.
