Disapointed
I had been into the dealer ship on Thursday to look at the QX30, liked it so much I came back with my husband on Friday to show him and possibly take a test drive. Initially I dealt with Samantha and she was very nice. On Sat she was busy so we were introduced to the sales manager Gil. After looking at a few cars and walking all over the lot, it was determined they didn't have the car we were looking for on the lot. Back to his cubicle to see if he could find the car at another dealer. When we had questions, Gil had to look every thing up on the computer, didn't seem to know the car very well. We we asked for a price on the car with the trim level we wanted, Gil disappeared into an office claiming he needed to print a "menu". Keep in mind this is after already having been at the dealership for about an hour. He didn't come back. After about 20 min we got up and looked for him. He was sitting in the office with other employees, chatting. We left. Despite Gil having my husbands phone number, we've received no follow up call. We were prepared to buy a car - very disappointing. We will not be purchasing from this dealer.

Great car buying experience
They were very helpful and accommodating in our car buying process. They did not play any games and were straight forward with us through negotiations. They also gave us affordable car care coverage to make sure we had a backup to any problems with the car.

Options for Existing Lease
The General Sales Manager, Glen, is very unprofessional and disrespectful. I had the displeasure of speaking to him on the phone. When I asked about options, he said, "Pfft, well you got a lot!" Then he never explained any of them, and just told an anecdote about him buying a new Infiniti after driving a BMW. I was being pleasant regardless of his behavior the whole time, but he never gave a direct answer. When I finally gave up, said I had to talk to my wife and thanked him, he hung up before I even finished saying bye. Mind you, I was not begin difficult at all. The whole call took less than 5 minutes.

Great service!!
I bought my wife a 2017 QX30. And from start to finish everyone was great!! Glenn (long time friend), Fidel, Thomas, Genesis. The experience was Great! And we had to bring the car back in for tint the following week and Genesis was Awesome. He got us in and out quickly and address any concerns, and the vehicle was ready when promised.
