Damien was more than polite and efficient! He made me feel valued and even came over the next day, when I brought in my son's truck, to make sure everything was alright with my vehicle. I brought my car in for routine maintenance, and walked out having leased a new Prius. I had been thinking about trading my old Prius so, while waiting, met with Jonathan R. to get an idea of trade-in value, payments, etc. He was very personable, easy to talk to and provided excellent customer service. So much so, that I walked out with a new car that he was able to help work for me financially. I'd like to add that Raymond in the Service Dept was also very helpful to me.

I recently visited DCH Toyota of Oxnard to have my vehicle serviced, and had a great experience. In fact since I purchased my vehicle in 2013 I had had nothing but good experiences there. Everyone is very friendly and attentive. I would say the service dept ranks high in customer service. I had a gentleman named Charles help with service on my vehicle, and had another gentleman named Alex take me to check out some vehicles I was interested in. Both were very nice and very helpful. The only reason I didnt give 5 stars is because a simple service appt takes about 1-1/2 hours or more which can be a drag. But waiting area is comfy just make sure you bring things to keep you occupied. Overall DCH Toyota is great! Keep Up the Great Work Guys!

My experience at DCH Toyota of Oxnard was very good. I met with Jose and Christian and they were most helpful in negotiating a fair deal both for my trade-in and new vehicle. I purchased my 2015 Tacoma that same afternoon and I left feeling satisfied and not like I was taken advantage.

didn't wait for more than a minute for Simon to come out and assist me for my scheduled visit for over 30K mile check up. Documents signed so they can start to work on my car. Got a shuttle service back and forth from the dealership to my office. They fixed the problem and I got the car back in real good shape

We were greeted by Stephen Corona before entering the building. He asked if he could help us in a very polite, friendly and professional manner. He explained what would be taking place for our 10,000 mile maintenance and how long the wait would be. The entire service department was wonderful as well. I asked for additional items to be taken care of on a very busy Saturday. We expected to return the vehicle on another date as we did not have additional time to wait. The service department completed all the additional items as well as what our appointment was for. Thank you DCH Toyota of Oxnard for hiring quality employees in your service department. We will see you for our next scheduled maintenance.

Excellent customer service. The service technician was very informative and privised a detailed report of the findings on my vehicle. Free coffee, team and cookies to enjoy while you wait. They even offered shuttle service, but I preferred to wait. Overall, great! I will definitely return for my vehicle service again.
