Service was ok but not good

I was please with the service that was doing on my truck but thay did keep it longer then i expecter to but i did has to take it back to fix my truck over.

Good Customer Service

Jason in Service, is the best. I brought two brand new vechicles with Ourisman and both time he took care of me. He will be my point of contact when I go there. His service was professional and attentive to my need and time. Note: Everyone had a smile and ask if I need help when I was there. I really appreciate Good Customer Service!!!!!!

Marlow Heights Ourisman Chevrolet

My advisor/agent was Ms. Carolyn. I had arrived at the wrong appointment time and suggested that I could come back after making another appointment because I live just around the corner. Ms. Carolyn opted to fit me in the busy schedule to do the work on my vehicle recall because I was already there. She was very nice and seemed to know her job well. I was not there long and the recall issue on my car was repaired. I had a very pleasant experience with Ourisman Chevrolet in Marlow Heights. Kindest regards, Proud Owner of a 2005 Chevy Impala :-)

oil change service

Yesterday I took my car and I was totally disappointed because I left my small wallet in the car and my money was missing. I tried to call to the service manager and she didnt return my call. I really wasnt expecting anyone stealing from my the car that was being serviced.

Great Service

I was very impressed with the dealership. They was very helpful, friendly, patient, and nice. The deals that was offered to me was wonderful. I was trying to trade my car in for months. I was even told by one dealership to have someone to steal my car. My salesperson was so helpful with trying to find the right fit and loan for me.

Complete professional service

The service manager was very helpful, professional and courteous. he asked all the right questions and recommended additional services in which I did consider. I was the first in line at 7:00am and my car was finished at 8:15 am. I was satisfied and on my way by 8:30am. Thank you so much.
